  -prenatal movements promoting optimal baby positioning

  -components of your dream birth and any fears standing in the way

  -questions to ask your provider

  -stages of labor and what to expect

  -relaxation techniques

  -labor positions and practice

  -labor comfort measures

  -basic introduction to breastfeeding

• unlimited phone and text support from signing through the first six weeks postpartum

• on-call from 37 weeks until birth

• onsite labor support from active labor through the golden hour and first feeding

• one postpartum visit to check in and debrief your birth

Birth Plan Management

• stand alone meeting at your home to talk through birth plan options and pinpoint your specific wishes

• typed out birth plan draft sent to you via text or email within one week following our meeting

• phone, email, and text communication to revise any desired changes

• one finalized printed and laminated copy of your birth plan
